On the afternoon of March 9th，Tsinghua High School Affiliated to Grade 15 held a seminar on "Innovative class teaching and management"，Vice President Xu Wenbing, Bai Xuefeng，Zhang Su, deputy director of the Teaching Management Center，Wang Tian, deputy director of Student Development Center，Zhang Biao, group leader of Grade 15 at the beginning，A total of 19 teachers of "walking class teaching" attended the seminar。

Teacher Zhang Biao first spoke, he summarized the current situation and progress of class teaching and management, and introduced the main topics and basic procedures of this seminar。Subsequently, Teacher Zhang Su reiterated the requirements of the class flow mechanism, clarified the shift time, and emphasized the basic principles of scientific, effective and stable management of class teaching。

Next, the teachers of each course had a group discussion around the topics of "establishment of flow mechanism, independent management and guidance, and development of tutorial system"。Among them, the teaching group focuses on how to establish the flow mechanism, and how to guide students and parents to face the flow correctly;The management group conducted consultation on students' self-management and emphasized the effective feedback of classroom information。In addition, the effective way to develop the tutorial system, the effective use of comprehensive evaluation system and other issues of high concern are gradually answered in the discussion。After the group discussion, four teachers, Zhang Yunda, Zhou Weiwei, Zhang Wei and Zhou Ruohui, on behalf of each group, reported the results of the discussion to all the participants, and put forward many valuable constructive suggestions for the further implementation and improvement of class teaching。
